Our bespoke packages
At Birkhill we offer two different packages to make sure you can have the best time you possibly can.
Either choose to hire the castle on a self-catered basis with no staff or choose to experience life as Lord or Lady of your own castle and enjoy all the luxuries that come with it.
In our fully-serviced package, our butler service will make sure all your needs are met and our selection of private chefs will help curate incredible meals for you and your guests to feast on.
One of the chefs we can use for your catering is Chef Sam. She is a Michelin level, fine-dining chef who prides herself in using the finest, locally sourced ingredients to create scrumptious meals for you and your guests.
Working alongside her is her partner Callum who is a talented pastry chef and has been in the industry for 12 years. Why not opt for an afternoon tea and try out the delicious sweet treats on offer?
Whatever you choose, Sam and Callum will work with you directly to create a bespoke menu which you are guaranteed to love.
