Birkhill Castle hosts a small selection of weddings each year on an exclusive-use basis. Each wedding is unique and special, with full use of the 1,500 acre grounds, garden, and castle. Couples can enjoy myriad spaces to host their ceremony and celebrations, both inside and outside.
We can seat up to 50 guests in our ballroom or our glasshouse can seat up to 150.
For more intimate celebrations and elopements, our dining room makes for a truly special backdrop.

Self-catered
For those who prefer to shape the day in a different way, this package offers the venue with the freedom to bring your own caterer and staff and we’re happy to share a list of recommendations.
Included is use of the ballroom for dining and dancing, tables and chairs for up to 50, house fireplaces laid ready, and electricity provided for music and catering. A designated parking area and basic daily housekeeping are included throughout.
Catering, alcohol, chef, staff and all crockery, cutlery and glassware are supplied by you.
