In each room we offer a dram of Lindores as a welcome drink and if you like what you taste, we can arrange a private tasting for you and your guests to enjoy!

Enjoy our luxurious soap, shampoo and conditioner in each of our bathrooms, all supplied by The Highland Soap Company.
Each soap is made with the finest ingredients and all made by hand. They are cruelty free and vegan friendly and are free of sulphates and SLS.

Just down the road from the Castle is where the team at Clootie McToot prepare and cook their award-winning traditional Clootie Dumplings using a recipe handed down through generations of the family. The dumplings are scrumptious warm with ice-cream or custard or as a savoury side at breakfast!
As a special treat just for you from the team at Clootie McToot, enjoy their expertly handcrafted, complimentary Scottish tablet with the famous dumpling filling!
If you want to try your hand at making your own dumplings then one of the castle managers at Birkhill can arrange a private workshop where you can learn the whole process and infuse the recipes with your favourite flavours.
